Goals Program

The Goals Program provides medical care and behavioral and developmental health assessments to youth ages 4-19. Many youth come to us having no regular source of medical care and unmet general medical needs. Goals patients are able to use People’s Community Clinic (PCC) as their primary medical home.

We serve youth with:

- Attend Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
- Learning Differences and Delays
- Pervasive Developmental Disorder
- Other Specific Syndromes and Disabilities
- Emotional Problems

Goals uses a holistic approach to identify disorders and provide medical and developmental/behavioral health care to at-risk youth in Central Texas. Due to the chronic nature of these disorders we get to know our patients and their families well. Family involvement and empowerment is integral in all of our treatment plans. In addition, we partner with other health professionals and local schools and agencies to ensure our patients access the comprehensive services they need to be successful.
