2008 Luncheon Surpasses All Expectations - On May 12, 2008, a crowd of Central Texans gathered at the Renaissance Hotel in the Arboretum to learn about the mission and support the programs of the People's Community Clinic. New Lunch and Learn Tour Series a Success - The clinic opened its doors to fifteen Hispanic community leaders on Thursday, March 6 for a Lunch and Learn Tour. The event was the third in a new series of quarterly opportunities for members of the Austin community to learn about the work of People's Community Clinic.

An Elegant Evening For A Good Cause - On a clear Thursday evening, guests gathered int the home of Board member John Hogg and partner David Garza to support the Clinic and enjoy amazing views of the sun setting over Lady Bird Lake and the Austin skyline. Back to School Immunization Clinic a Success! -

Nearly 240 schoolchildren received vaccinations on Saturday, August 18 at the Clinic's Immunization Day, allowing them to attend Austin area schools next week.

Clinic to Host Bee Wise Immunize Back to School Clinic -

On Saturday, August 18, People's Community Clinic will host a Back to School Immunization Day Clinic for children ages 4-18 without immunization insurance (Medicaid and CHIP accepted).

The 2007 Luncheon Surpasses All Expectations! - May 14, 2007 - The Clinic's Annual "There's no such thing as a free lunch" Luncheon was our most successful fundraising event to date. Many thanks to our generous Board members, our Luncheon underwriters, the Council of 100, and all our guests for helping us continue to serve our patients so well! We hope to see everyone next year!

Mamapalooza Austin 2007 - A family event celebrating mothers in the arts, MAMAPALOOZA will showcase local artists, vendors and performers, including singer-songwriters Sara Hickman and Idgy Vaughn and comedian Spike Gillespie. Event proceeds will go to the Tandem Teen Prenatal and Parenting Program of People's Community Clinic, which serves the medical, educational, and psychosocial needs of pregnant and parenting teens and works to reduce the risk of subsequent unplanned pregnancies in Central Texas.
